An Indonesian Muslim Poet Sings a Multifaceted Society
The Indonesian Muslim singer and poet Emha Ainun Nadjib and his gamelan-fusion band Kiai Kanjengwill be touring The Netherlands between October 6th and 20th 2008.
This intercultural and inter-religious project, fostered by the Protestant Church in The Netherlands, is executed by the Centre for Reflection of the Protestant Church and its Hendrik Kraemer Institute, in close cooperation with Java Enterprise (Indonesia in Event, Music, Food, Dance & Culture).
